Portland RVs for Summer Vacation

I picked up my Keystone Outback 28KRS last Wednesday and was thoroughly satisfied with the purchase and the support by your staff.  The staff went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable with the purchase.

Your maintenance staff did a great job prepping the trailer for me.  The salesman walked me through the trailer to give me a sense on how each item works. He did a great job pointing out the important stuff. I made it home with no problems and appreciate the face that they installed a new EAZ Lift hitch. It made the drive so much better.

When the hitch install took a little longer than we thought, you stayed after hours to make sure we could get home that night. I don’t believe anyone else would have done this for us. Also, when the LP Leak Detector was found to be defective, it was replaced at no charge. Additionally the trailer was checked out thoroughly before we left the lot to make sure everything was in proper working order.

I would definitely recommend Adventure Trading RV to anyone considering purchasing an RV. We really appreciated the “lesson” on the trailer from Kent when we picked it up; showing us every feature and how everything operated. Pointing us “out-of-towners” in the direction of a nearby campground for our first night. Kent coming over the next morning on his way to work to help us with a problem we thought we had. Follow-up phone calls from Mike while we were still on our trip and since being home.

After having our RV up for sale at Camping World for six months, we had it moved to Adventure Trading RV by one of their capable and friendly movers. Mike and Kent had it for six weeks and had many interested customers.
