We just wanted to give you a big THANK YOU for our experience of buying our RV from you--long distance (1,200 miles away), over the phone & internet. Buying anything that way can be a risky deal, but you guys were great. After only a couple of phone conversations with Mike, we felt totally comfortable dealing with you. Your honesty and integrity came through over the phone!
We really appreciated the “lesson” on the trailer from Kent when we picked it up; showing us every feature and how everything operated. Pointing us “out-of-towners” in the direction of a nearby campground for our first night. Kent coming over the next morning on his way to work to help us with a problem we thought we had. Follow-up phone calls from Mike while we were still on our trip and since being home. You guys have gone above and beyond in the customer service department and that is something that you just don’t see enough of anymore.
Our trailer was all that you said it was—and more. We just could not be happier with it and can’t wait to hit the road with it again in a couple of weeks.
